π Round 2 Reveal: 2026 San Diego Supercross Track Map | Snapdragon Stadium Preview
The dust hasn’t even settled from the season opener, but the 2026 Monster Energy Supercross season is already moving full steam ahead! We are heading south to Snapdragon Stadium for Round 2 in San Diego, and the track layout looks absolutely relentless.
The San Diego SX track map reveals a design that prioritizes technical precision over raw speed. If A1 was about surviving the first-turn nerves, San Diego is about who can master the rhythm sections and handle the unique obstacles built for this yearβs tour.
π Key Features of the San Diego Layout:
The Massive Start Straight: One of the longest starts in the early season, leading into a wide-open left-hander that will reward the bravest riders on the gate.
Split Whoop Sections: A standout feature this year! A massive set of whoops interrupted by a center jump, forcing riders to reset their timing mid-section.
Rhythm Lane Variety: Multiple lanes offer “triple-triple” options versus “long-jump” lines, which should create incredible passing opportunities in both the 250 West and 450 classes.
The Snapdragon Sand: Expect the technical sand section to play a major factor as the track breaks down throughout the night.
This layout is a true test of a rider’s focus. One mistimed jump in these long rhythm sections could be the difference between a podium and a trip to the LCQ.
